Friday, May 9 (09:30-12:30), Farma ter Verantwoording and AbbVie will meet at the Amsterdam District Court, Parnassusweg 280, 1076 AV Amsterdam (near Amsterdam Zuid train station) for the substantive hearing of the February 2023 FtV subpoena.
The hearing is open to the public (please bring ID). FtV and AbbVie’s lawyers will each get 45 minutes for their pleadings. After a short break, the judges can then ask questions of both parties.
There was a procedural hearing in May 2024, after which FtV was declared admissible. AbbView was then ordered to respond to the contents of the FtV subpoena.
To that end, AbbVie sent a “Conclusion of Reply” to FtV and the court Jan. 29, 2025: FtV posted that transparently on its website: link.

The Court’s decision is expected 6 or 12 weeks after the hearing.
